As I promised yest2erday, this is the second of the two smartphone reviews I wrote as part of my first gig on a copywriting platform that my friend introduced me to. Like I said in the previous article, the gig was withdrawn just a day before it was due. I was quite livid because all my hard work had gone into two articles that were now useless.
Well, now these articles have finally found uses. It's just to depict my growth and my progress as a writer, finding read.cash and finding or t least returning to my niche: fiction writing. I tried my hands at a lot of categories of writing, but in the end, Fiction was what I settled for because it remains what works for me.
Everyone has their own backstory to their writing, and this is just a chapter in mine. Let's get to the article now:
Review of the Samsung Galaxy A10S
Samsung, the mobile device manufacturers have created another beauty in the form of the Galaxy A10S. The company is known as one of the 'big five' in terms of the popularity of their products, especially the phones. This past year was a successful one for them, with the release of the Samsung Galaxy S10E and Note 10 series. Though their devices tend to be on the costly side, the quality you get is worth the price. Samsung promises and continues to deliver premium quality features that only a few brands have matched.
With the A10S, you see more of the features you see in high-end devices for a budget price. The product was announced on August 12, 2019, then released on the 27th day of the same month. This implies that it possesses some newer features phones are produced with. To give you an unbiased view of the phone and of all its attributes, the specifications have to be considered in detail. The first aspect to be considered is the display.
This phone comes with a six-point-two inch screen, which means a wider and bigger screen for watching movies and viewing documents, and the likes. The bigger screen will eliminate the stress of frequently having to scroll when viewing a page or sure. Galaxy A10S's display is 720 by 1520 pixels, which means you get a clear, bright screen that makes the viewing experience a wonderful one.
Heading to the processor, it has a really wonderful piece of technology within. The A10S runs of the MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 processor, which when considered, isn't really that bad. Many have reviewed this processor as a very common one used by low-end devices, not deserving of Samsung's status. Well, considering the cost of the device, you shouldn't expect any extraordinary specs. The CPU is running on the Octacore 2 GHz Cortex A53 model, and that's superb. With the 2 or 3 GB of ROM that the variants of the A10S provide, the processor would function at quality speed, without the inconvenience of lags.
Now you're in the camera and memory department, and this is where things become interesting. Alongside the 2 and 3 GB variants of ROM, the phone comes with 32 GB of RAM. This means more space for your movies, videos, photos, and music. And with a dedicated memory card slot expandable up to 512GB, there's literally nothing you cannot store on this phone. As for the Galaxy A10S camera, the rear camera comes with a primary 13 MP shooter and a 2 MP secondary sensor shooter. The single 'selfie' camera possesses an 8 MP shooter, accounting for great pictures.
Finally, the phone runs on the Android 9 OS, and this can be upgraded to Android 10, which is great to know; there is a guaranteed major OS update. It's interesting to note that this is the expected final upgrade of the OS of this phone, as it does not possess the Android One feature. Samsung Galaxy A10S has a 4000 mAh battery capacity which is definitely an upgrade from the 3400 mAh of the A10. The phone can last several hours on one full charge, so you'll get to enjoy the use of your phone. There's no need to mention that it runs on the 4G LTE network, as is common for most phone launches within the same period.
The phone is pocket-friendly and brings much to the table for a relatively less costly price. In most respects, it is a nice upgrade from the specs of the A10, and if you're looking for quality but don't really want to spend 'big bucks', this device is for you.

It went straight into the dark alley of forgotten drafts, until now. It's really good to look back sometimes, just to see how far you've come. It always amuses me, what I was willing to write about just for some money. In the end, it all contributed to making me a better writer, and I'm a bit thankful for these experiences.
