[WP] Your plane from Orlando to London has just landed and as it taxies in it's surrounded by police and press. You disembark and a police constable tells you. "It's 2036, your plane went missing 15 years ago."

"An island off the goddamn Caribbean," Tremaine said, skiling wistfully and turning to the other two men in the room. "You see men? This is exactly what I'm talking about. It's not a government experimental zone, as it is listed online and virtually everywhere, but the permanent, untouchable residence of the Professor. That's money, right there, talking and of course making the loudest noise."

He sat in his chair and laughed, eyes closed, daydreaming about how much he would make if they raided that place carefully as they had planned.

Lucius, unsure of what to do, started laughing as well, while Kronos looked at the crazy spectacle before him and shook his head. Of course, with the trump card Tremaine had shown him, they had a 50% chance of winning. Not his best odds if he was working alone, but with all three of them involved, they could work with the odds.

"You're shifting your sights again, Tremaine. I'm sure this isn't just about Edgar anymore, right?"

Tremaine smiled. "Edgar is still very much important, and what's even better is that he's led us to a bigger jackpot, you see. Edgar remains the goal, and just one of the spoils of war we're gonna take when we're done with that place."

Lucius nodded. "Yeah there's just one tiny issue, we all thought that the location would be a building or something like that. Nobody thought about an island either, and that sure as hell scatters all pre-existing plans, so what are we going to do about that? I have a feeling this location is going to be tough-"

Tremaine went over to the table to check their arsenal that had been prepared for the mission. "Not now, Lucius. What are you, the new coward?"

Lucius became hot behind the ears and silent.

Kronos looked at Tremaine."Actually, that was a pretty good question.Until we verified the exact location where the beacon was - surprising that they've not found it anyway - our strategies where tailored to a land invasion. What happens now that those plans have been shelved?"

"Shelved?" Tremaine asked. "Not shelved, Kronos, use your brain. Minor edits to the strategies and theyl be waterproof. They apply everywhere, even if he's on the moon, so rest easy. We'll attack tomorrow, and it'll be over by the end of tomorrow. They won't know what hit them."

The woman turned to the Professor and I. "I think they'll move tomorrow."

The professor raised an eyebrow. "And why is that?"

"Simple. They're criminals. Seasoned criminals, but criminals nonetheless. Wounded pride, with a mix of surprise that their beacon was not discovered, and then a bit of elation when they discovered that this place is an exotic island off the Carribbean. They'd want to hit here as soon as possible, and I even thought it'd be today, but it seems they are preparing very well for this."

I looked at her quizzically. "Should we be worried about that? Those preparations?"

"Obviously they'll need to have a real trump card or something like that if they are going to raid here, guerilla tactics will only get them killed. I will be eager to see what they have in store, but I on the other hand have my own preparations set in place. We're destroying them, don't worry about that. Just know that tomorrow will be a rocky ride."

I sighed, heading back to my room to take a nap, which was something I was doing more often these days. Did time travel mess up my body clock or was I getting too tired these days? I really just wanted to be back in my own time, all this trouble didn't seem like it was worth it.

"You think we will be able to get him back within the week?" The woman asked.

"Well, it's Tuesday. Anything can happen within now and Saturday, but we'll have to get the information we want before we let him go, sadly. If not then we'd have gone through all of this trouble for nothing."

The woman nodded.

"Expedition: Dough!" Tremaine said, laughing as their submarine went lower into the sea, getting ready for movement.

Kronos sat in a corner, being seasick. "Of course. I trust you to create the most elaborately crazy plans. How safe is this submarine thing anyway? I think I'm claustrophobic, and then again drowning while being crushed by the sea pressure feels like-"

"Oh shut up," Lucius said, sighing. "This is safe. I checked it myself, no way I'm going to risk swimming with the sharks."

Tremaine just eyed both of them as he thought about what lay ahead. A little altercation, maybe a little trouble, some exchange of fire, and then money. More money than any of them had ever seen. Money that could make them retire from this dirty business and enjoy the rest of their lives.

"Look alive boys. We'll be there in seven minutes, so you'll need to be on your guard throughout. Who knows if they've anticipated this approach and prepared some nasty welcome package already?"

Kronos sighed as he manned the radar. Nobody said it, but they all knew that it was going to be a long, hard day.
