Information reaching the foundations states that one Damian Rein, alias Domino has been found to possess an unusual amount of luck. Special Operatives [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] have affirmed this notion after weeks of close monitoring. Findings are described in the report attached.

TOP SECRET: SPECIAL OPERATIVE [REDACTED]'S REPORT

The first isolated incident was documented on [Day REDACTED] July 2019. Domino was crossing [REDACTED] street with earphones in his ears and also using his phone at the same time. A blue Ford with Plate Number [REDACTED] was zooming towards him and only managed to swerve and avoid a hit.

Note that Subject Domino did not look back at the scene despite the ruckus and the fact that the vehicle slightly grazed his legs, tearing his trousers. It would appear that he is also aware of this ability.

2ND INCIDENCE: [LOCATION REDACTED]. [DAY REDACTED], NOVEMBER 2019

Subject Domino seems to be acting wary of operatives. It is unclear whether he knows exactly what members of the public are operatives in disguise, but his actions on [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] streets in November point out that he is aware he is being shadowed.

The subject is fit, agile, and confirmed to have above-average IQ and reasoning skills as obtained from his school records and from his ability to outmaneuver operatives. The subject is becoming increasingly hostile and has now identified our operatives [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] on several occasions. It is recommended that we move in now and get him into custody.

Dr [REDACTED] final comments: It is apparent that Domino has to be brought in urgently for further analysis, This is confirmed to fall under SCP -181. Please use all force available and necessary while employing absolute discretion. Expect anything from the subject.

They moved in under the guise of night, noting that Domino had entered a bar for a quick drink. They knew they didn't have a lot of time on their hands, and they could not abduct him where people were watching, so he was followed as soon as he left the bar.

Down 83rd street, towards the construction site and into it. Domino turned around, facing the six operatives.

"All six of you today huh? What kind of lousy operatives get caught every time they try to shadow someone?"

"SCP -181, it is advisable that you stand down. We are authorized to use the maximum force at our disposal to bring you in, and any form of hostility and opposition will be crushed with brutal force."

"Wow! Are you now?"

"We are moving in now. This is your last window of opportunity."

"Alright, Alright. Can I at least as one question before I'm taken away?"

They looked at each other. The leader turned and nodded at him.

"Did you guys know exactly what I was capable of? My insane luck?"

"That is why you are termed SCP-181."

"The foundation is all-knowing, huh? Then did they know that work was discontinued in this building because there was an error with the foundation making this place susceptible to collapse?"

They looked at him quizzically, but slowly, realization and fear began to dawn on them.

"And did they know that there was a sonic amplifier located on the floor below this platform we're all standing on?"

"What are you trying to say?"

"Close your ears."

As soon as he whipped out the remote from his pocket, they knew what it was and what he had in mind. He was going to trigger the Sonic Boom.

"You mother-"

"Sayonara."

With one click, the boom sounded and the shockwave revebrated within the enite building. Concrete, dust and beams fell all around them as the building collapsed on top of them, crushing the operatives instantly.

As Domino stood in the cavity created by the rubble which failed to land on him, beams and concrete pillars porturiding to provide him leverage to clom out of the hole, he smiled.

"I love you, Lady Luck."
