The Portuguese team won 0-3 against the Hungarian team in the first match of Group F of the European Championship.

Portugal won against Hungary (0-3) in the first match of Group F, which took place this Tuesday at the Puskas Arena in Budapest. The current champion has started the EURO 2020 tournament well.

Portugal took possession of the ball from the start, and had their first chance in the fourth minute; Goalkeeper Gulacsi, however, stopped Diogo Jota's shot. Four minutes later, Jota himself sent the ball wide. Portugal dominated the first half and goalkeeper Gulacsi did an invaluable job. In the 19th minute of the match, the Hungarian goalkeeper blocked the opponent's goal by deflecting Cristiano Ronaldo's shot. Later, the Portuguese team issued two more warnings through Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo, but they were unable to punch the door of the Hungarians.

Hungary's only chance in the first half came in the 36th minute through a free kick, but Szalai's shot was stopped by goalkeeper Rui Patricio. Fernando Santos's Diogo Jota deflected a shot from goal by Gulacsi in the 40th minute, and two minutes later Cristiano Ronaldo's shot went wide over the Hungarian crossbar.

At the beginning of the second half, Portugal had a clear chance to score, but the Hungarian goalkeeper blocked the goal once again, giving an excellent response to Pepe's shot. Hungary’s response came quickly, thanks to a shot by Szalai that was stopped by Rui Patricio. However, the Portuguese were also masters in the second half, and although it was difficult to create clear chances, in the 68th minute, Hungarian goalkeeper Gulacsi made another good stop, this time deflecting a good shot by Bernardo Silva.

Portugal dominated the game throughout the match, but took a gallant fright in the 79th minute as Hungary scored through Schonen, but the Hungarian player was offside when he received the ball and the referee disallowed the goal. Five minutes later, however, Portugal's goal came; Bruno Fernandes made a good play, passing to Guerrero, who scored (0-1), beating the goalkeeper Gulacsi.

In the first goal of the match, Portuguese coach Fernando Santos made the changes in the match, leaving the match decided: Orban fouled Rafa Silva inside the box, and Cristiano Ronaldo put the score at 2-0 with a penalty kick. Moreover, in the 92nd minute, Cristiano Ronaldo rounded off the victory with a third goal from Portugal (0-3).

The French team dominated the first match of Group F against the German team (1-0). Hummels scored the only offside goal of the game.

France have won 1-0 in Germany in the first match of Group F of the Eurocup played at the Allianz Arena in Munich. The team led by Didier Deschamps has three points and is tied for second place with Portugal, the leader.

Both teams started the match at a fast pace, but it was difficult for them to create clear chances in the opening minutes. France had their first chance to score, but Pogba's shot went wide. On the next play, goalkeeper Neuer responded brilliantly to Mbappe’s shot. France continued the action and received the award in the 20th minute; Lucas Hernandez made a cross and Hummels scored his own goal (1-0) .

Germany's response came after a goal, but Müller's shot failed to punch the opponent's goal. Gradually, Germany began to dominate and in the two attempts that Kross missed he was unable to keep the individual in the lead. By the time they got to the break, the Germans had another chance; Gundogan, however, made a very poor shot after receiving a deflection inside the area.

The second half also had a crazy start. In the 51st minute of the match, France had a clear chance, but Rabiot's shot went wide after receiving an excellent pass from Mbappe. A minute later came Germany's response, even though Gnabry's shot didn't go into the opponent's goal, for very little. The German team aimed to equalize and came close in the 58th minute, but Lloris dominated the header against Gnabry.

France did not attack in the second half. Suffering has been adapted to the team led by Deschamps, although it has hurt Germany on the counterattack. In the 66th minute of the match, Mbappe scored an impressive goal, but the French striker was ruled out of the game and was disallowed by the referee. Twenty minutes later Benzema scored for France; this time too, the referee ruled the goal invalid because the Real Madrid striker was offside when he received the ball.

The team led by Joachim Low has been on the attack in the last quarter, and although it has allowed France to work on defense, it has not been able to equalize. In the end, victory and three points for France.
