4. Cool places in Africa - Ghana
The Ghanaian coast of the Atlantic Ocean, it would seem, can not be called picturesque and the beaches here are not the best. But you have to go to West Africa to look at people and their way of life, which just froze in time.
They come to Ghana to meet people, to see their lives, to touch their ancient culture and traditions, which are completely unusual, incomprehensible to modern man, and leave incredible impressions.
For example, the monkey here is considered a sacred animal that can not be offended, and their local places - invisible. Here, almost anyone can be accused of witchcraft: if something happened, it means that someone foretold. And only an elder can understand everything.
In addition to studying the structure of the locals, who have preserved the original culture of the ancient Ghanaian people, you can travel around the cities and see the castles that have survived from colonial times.
5. Attractions of North America - Oregon
Oregon's landscapes are impressively diverse: high mountains covered with coniferous forests, green valleys, mighty rivers, yellow deserts, volcanic plateaus and many lakes. Due to the diversity of terrain and height differences, the climate in this area is different everywhere: inside the state - arid, on the coast - moderately humid.
Continuous rains on the ocean, and in the desert- a rare phenomenon. One of Oregon's landmarks is Crater Lake National Park (741 km2).
In its territory, at an altitude of 2400 meters above sea level, is the extinct volcano Mount Mazama, which formed Lake Crater - the deepest in the United States.
The largest city in the state - Portland or "City of Roses" - is a beautiful city with forests, volcanoes, a river and a bright historic center.
6. What to see in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Blagaj
Many do not even suspect what can be seen in the small ancient town of Blagaj. Around the Mediterranean pomegranates, figs, oleanders, cypresses. And incredibly interesting cultural values: the remains of Illyrian fortresses and Roman buildings.
Above the city there is a fortress - the old fort (Stefan grad). In the sixteenth century a monastery was built here, and today on the territory of the monastery everything is arranged for travelers: beautiful places are filled with tables of cafes and restaurants.
But being a cultural and historical monument, the place also remained a religious object, so then the courtyard can be entered only with a covered head and long sleeves. The place here is unusual, beautiful and quite quiet.
