3. Banteay Chmmar
If you want to explore the Indiana Jones style temple a bit, you won't be able to defeat Banteay Chmmara. This mammoth temple complex is located in the surrounding jungle in the lonely northwest of Cambodia, which provides a great opportunity to discover the most important places without the crowds.
It was built by 12th century Angkorian King Jayawarman VII, and the magnificent stone reliefs along its walls are some of the most intricate details you will see in the country. In particular, the impressive bas-reliefs depicting Avalokiteshvara on the south wall and the dizzying array of battle scenes depicted on the east walls are striking examples of Angkorian art.
4. Ratanakiri
It is the hinterland of Cambodia, and the region's endless red-soil roads leading to ethnic minority villages are a fearless delight for travelers.

Endangered Irrawaddy dolphins are endemic to the Mekong, and environmental measures have now been introduced to help reduce their numbers.
Tourism has played a great role in trying to protect and conserve the dolphins by offering an alternative economy for fishing. To see the dolphins head to Campi, north of Cratie, where there are many boat excursions.
6. Beaches of Sihanoukville
In the province of Compong Som, Sihanoukville is a story of two halves, with a lively but gloomy central area and its coastline, home to a lively beach resort. The beaches here are the main holiday destination of Cambodia for relaxing in the sand and sun and are popular with local and foreign tourists.
There is something for every beach lover. Soha Beach and Independence Beach boast luxurious hotels.
Brush Beach Ohteyl and Beach Serendipiti area are the most popular sandy strips, and in recent years they have become one of the areas for parties Southeast Asia.

7. Ko Rong Samloem
