Flour 8 tsp
Corn flour 4 tsp
One and a half cup of water
Salt 2 pinches
Half a cup of onion (sliced)
Half a cup of Capsicum (sliced)

Red leaf cabbage half cup (sliced)
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Ginger 1 gram (grated)
3 pinches of salt
2 pinches of pepper powder
Oil 2 tsp
A handful of coriander leaves
Procedures to make a spring roll
To make a spring roll, first of all you have to make a spring roll wrapper. For this, in a large pot, add flour, corn flour, water and salt and mix well so that no lumps remain in it. Keep in mind that this mixture made of flour should not be thick but a little thin. Now put a little oil in a non stick pan and grease it. After heating the pan over medium heat, add a spoonful of flour mixture and make a thin pancake by turning the pan.
Let the pancakes cook over medium heat until the edges begin to come out on their own. Remove it to a plate when the shouting starts to leave the edges. It does not need to be cooked on the other side. Make similar wrappers from the leftover flour mixture and sprinkle a little flour on the prepared wrappers and keep one on top of the other. Make sure the cooked side of the shout is up Now take a pan and put a teaspoon of oil in it and heat it on high flame. Now add all the vegetables and lightly fry. Follow the same procedure to make all the spring rolls and keep them separate. Now heat another heavy frying pan and add oil for deep frying. Deep fry the spring rolls till golden brown. Remove the spring rolls from the oil and place in a serving plate. Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup.
