Many times we wake up in a way that we don’t really feel like getting up. The bed pulls back, our mood is depressed, and we’d rather sleep or laze a little more. If it's possible! But it can’t be, because we also have responsibilities that are good to watch out for.
It’s good to be able to make sure you have enough energy even to get up. If you wake up relaxed, you will feel better in the morning, it will be much easier to get up than if you had a chaotic night. During the day for work, at night for rest. It’s just when we leave our strength, we can’t have a good rest, we spin in bed, and our head hurts too. To keep this from happening, you have to pay attention to yourself. You should notice the first signs that are already showing that you are running out of strength, running out of energy. You can find out from many things. You can’t concentrate enough anymore, you forget things that would be important, you don’t feel like moving, you don’t have the strength to train, you’re scattered, you can’t do the things you start at first, and so on. To prevent this from happening, these negative, retracting energies must be pinched in the ear, which we can't really call energy, because they have just the opposite effect to what we want. We tend to feel when something isn’t going as we used to or expect from ourselves. That’s why we need to be on the lookout at all times and watch ourselves as our strength leaves. If you’re talking to someone but you lose the thread of the conversation somewhere, the situation is already dangerous, you can’t answer, and as they say, - “the record gets stuck” - you have no other idea but to slow down because that’s the pace now a little too fast for you. Where can we get energy for ourselves? If you think too much about your problems, not only will you not be able to solve them, but you can get into a negative spiral from which you can hardly move out. So, act on time, especially if you find that you have little or no vitality in you. But how can this be accomplished when the trouble is that you don’t have enough of a rhythm of life in you? Don't rush! Acting in time does not mean that we are in a hurry now, but that we settle our thoughts as soon as possible and act accordingly. Your thoughts will determine what you will do next. That is why you need to put the greatest emphasis on this. Focus. If you can divert your surging thoughts and focus on one goal, you will reach your goal much sooner than if you let yourself be swept away by the tide. You always have to ask yourself that - is this the right step I need to take now? - and if your answer is yes, you have to step into the field of action. If you can notice where your current day should go, you get a step-by-step advantage, you can eliminate mistakes, and you can go the right way. And, that’s the most important thing you can do right now. Eliminate the mistakes that have led you to get energy for yourself as soon as possible. To always have the energy to take the next step, you often have to “hold yourself accountable” for when you made a mistake and what solution you can find. But you shouldn’t treat yourself too harshly because the point brings the opposite of what you desire.
Always have enough energy to get out of bed happily in the morning and be happy to start your daily activities. Always be on the lookout because the little devil isn’t sleeping and is always ready to pull you back into the deep if you’re not careful enough. When you feel your strength begin to return, take advantage of it quickly, as you can only count on yourself in the first place.
May this day be complete and have many joyful experiences! :)
This is truly inspiring and a at same time a wake up call.. Having energy means being powerful amidst crisis or seeing something that could weigh you down
