Chicken Curry Recipe- Ingredients
Chicken (1 kg)
Onion (2)
Garlic paste (1 tsp)
Ginger paste (1 tsp)
Red Chili Powder (1 Tsp)
Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
Cumin seeds (half a teaspoon)
Coriander powder (1 tsp)
Desi ghee (3 tsp)
2 tomatoes
Yogurt (1 small cup)
Cream (half a cup spoon)
Chopped green coriander
Chopped Kasuri fenugreek
Chopped green chillies
Green Ilal powder (1 tsp)
Javitra powder (1 tsp)
Clove powder (1 tsp)
Cinnamon Powder (1 tsp)
Large cardamom powder (half a teaspoon)
Chicken Curry - Method of preparation
To prepare this wonderful dish, cut the chicken into equal pieces, add red chilli powder, garlic, ginger paste and salt and mash in the chicken. Then cut an onion into long pieces, prepare tomato puree. Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it and put garlic ginger paste in it.
When the paste turns brown, add onion and cook till light brown, then add tomato puree and salt. Now add curd, turmeric and chilli and mix well. Then cook this mixture well. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, chicken and garam masala and water and cook for about 15 minutes. Then check once, if there is a slight deficiency and cook. When the chicken is cooked, then heat the cream then add green coriander, mint, green chillies and Kasuri methi and garnish. Finally, the chicken is ready to be served.
There is no need to go to a restaurant if you want to eat nicely. The only thing you need for a good meal at home is a little time and will and the result is there. I very rarely go to a restaurant, never for food, just to hang out with friends.
