Reason, cooking is my hobby and by going to the kitchen I forget all the negative things. This feeling must be hidden somewhere in the mind of every human being. Like positive emotions like love and compassion, it is natural to have hatred in our heart. Although it can be ignored to a limited extent, but when this feeling starts to arise in one's mind too much, it is necessary to control it, otherwise it causes many complications in one's life.

It is natural to have a momentary hatred of those around you, but without any solid reason, hatred towards others, negative thoughts always come to mind, all kinds of violent thoughts come to mind, living alone and disappearing etc, are the symptoms which can be a sign of danger for us. These have a negative effect on our whole personality. If one sees such symptoms within himself, he should become conscious.

Why it happens?

Psychologists say that childhood experiences have a profound effect on our personality. Unnecessary criticism of children by parents, lack of love and protection, discrimination, misbehavior of family members or financial deprivation causes dissatisfaction in the first children, which turns into hatred over time. A feeling of hatred also arises in the mind of a person due to career failure, betrayal in friendship, breakup or divorce in youth. People suffering from such problem are unhappy not only in family but also in professional life.

Precautionary measures

  • Even if something bad has happened to you in the past, try to forget it and move on.

  • Focus on your interests. This will make it easier for you to get the hatred out of your mind.

  • Share your heartfelt thoughts with your near loved ones. This will lighten your mind and save you from hatred.

  • In such a state of mind, a person gets angry very quickly. So you should identify the real cause of your anger and try to get rid of it.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and make friends with good people. At the same time try to adopt their good habits yourself.
