Intgredients
Three-fourths cup of flour
A quarter cup cornflour
110 grams unsalted butter
Two tablespoons of cocoa powder
One third cup powdered sugar
A quarter cup of milk
Procedures
To make biscuits, first put butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix well until it becomes creamy in texture. Then add flour, cornflour and cocoa powder and mix. Most often, Cook experts say that you should use unsweetened cocoa powder while preparing this recipe. You can also use homemade butter. However if you are taking market butter it should not contain salt.
Gradually add a little milk in it and make batter. Now put the nozzle in a piping bag. Now you add batter in it.
Next in a baking tray you shape the biscuits in different designs with the help of this piping bag. It looks good. Now you place this tray in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits for about 15 to 18 minutes. Then you take it out and let it cool for 7-8 minutes. Cookery experts say that when it cools down, you place the biscuits on a wire rack or on a grill. If you don't do this, it will make the biscuits soggy or soft from the bottom and you willn't get the desired crispy biscuits as you expected.
