Ingredients for making chicken korma
1/2 kg chicken
1 cup oil
2-3 ghee
8-10 cardamoms
6-7 cloves
2 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon chili
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 cup yogurt
2 sliced onions
1 tsp garam masala
Saffron (3 teaspoons mixed with water)
Green coriander for garnishing
How to make chicken korma
Heat ghee in a pan. Now add cardamom, cloves, garlic and fry it well. Then you can add chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep running it. Once it turns brown, add coriander and red chilli powder. Then add salt to taste. Now add ginger paste, curd and fried onion mixture. Let it cook for a minute. Then add garam masala and saffron. If you find the gravy thick, add a little water before covering it. The masala will mix well with the chicken and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Now, keep running it from time to time. Your chicken korma is ready. Now add green coriander, garnish it and serve hot chickens korma.
