The Hair Growth Cycle and Follicle Information
Only 10% of our hair is in the resting phase at any given moment in life. They fall out after 2-3 months, and new hair takes 2-6 years to grow in. Approximately 90% of the hair on our scalp grows at once, and it grows at a rate of 1 cm every month.
Men's hair usually lasts two to four years, while women's hair lasts four to six years.
Hair's Internal Structure: From the Inside Out Hair follicles, or hair follicles, are hair follicles that originate inside a hair bulb and protrude and expand outside.
Any hair improvement method, such as shampooing, conditioning, trimming, or sun exposure, has no effect on the pace of hair growth.
Hair growth is divided into three stages:
1. Anagen, which takes about 1000 days or 3 years to complete.
2. Catagen is a 10-day process.
3. Tologen for almost three months.
Anagen is the beginning of hair development, and Tologen is the end of hair growth, i.e. the shedding phase. From the beginning until the end of the shedding process, the Hair bulb continues to come outdoors. Seasonal changes affect hair growth; for example, hair grows faster in the winter than in the summer as a result of the seasonal change. Hair growth is halted for a brief period during the Catagen phase, and no pigment is created.
The length of the hair is also determined by the period of Anagen Phase, which is normally fixed and genetically defined. The number of hair follicles in a human head is estimated to be around 100,000. In a lifetime, each Follicle generates hair roughly 20 times. The hair follicles of a newborn baby create hair in unison, that is, at the same time, however as time passes, the follicles produce hair at various periods.
The follicle is not ruptured when a hair is plucked from the head; instead, it begins to create new hair. The shedding of follicles in the top of the head and in the forehead is visible in most people as they become older. Hair does not grow in a straight line, but rather causes the follicle to stand at a constant angle. The Hair are always configured to lie depending on this angle. The Stream is normally twisted, but it is modified by how people comb their hair.
Finally, because hair grows slowly, extreme caution is required to avoid shedding.
