Assalamu Alaikum

Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu ,,

It is obligatory to answer the salutation

The correct rules for saluting The correct pronunciation of salaam is,

(As-Salamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi, Wa Barakatuh.) وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ ‘

(Wa Alaikumus-Salam, Wa Rahmatullahi, Wa Barakatu)

One should learn its correct pronunciation by looking at Arabic, otherwise it becomes ‘Alaikum As Salam’ instead of ‘Wa Alaikumus Salam’.

★★★ However, Assalamu'alaikum means peace be upon you. Wa a'laikumussalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh means peace, mercy and blessings be upon you

1 ,,, I just wished you peace,

2 ,,, and you wished me peace, mercy and blessings. This is like the eternal, everlasting provision of Islam. Where three are blessed in exchange for one. Therefore, respectable Muslim society, let us be saheeh,

We exchange greetings properly.
