Green tea will help you lose weight before going to bed at night and it will work much better until you eat something else. You don't eat anything else at night so green tea can work well. A lot of times tea disturbs your sleep so drink tea 2 hours before going to bed without going to sleep.

Before exercising

Drink green tea half an hour before exercising. If you drink half an hour earlier, it will increase your performance. Even it will help you lose weight and fat.

One hour before or after eating

Many people drink tea immediately after eating. Green tea should not be drunk immediately after eating. Drink the greens at least 45 minutes to 1 hour after or before meals.
