2 Organic Weight Loss Drinks!

Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Method

In a bowl, boil black cumin, ginger powder, mint leaves and lemon in water and add 2 mugs. Then lower and store one mug for dinner. The main ingredient is apple cider vinegar. It reduces appetite, lowers blood sugar levels, burns fat and improves metabolism.

Materials

Water - 1 glass

Apple cider vinegar-1 tsp.

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and drink on an empty stomach every morning. The water should be of normal temperature. Eat with a straw so that it does not hurt the teeth.
