The astral journey
The Astral Journey
Laura was a young psychology student with a keen interest in astral projection. She had read many books and articles on the subject, and she had even attended several workshops and seminars.
One night, Laura decided to try to have her own astral projection. She lay down in her bed, relaxed, and focused on her breathing. After a few minutes, she began to feel a tingling sensation all over her body. She opened her eyes and saw that her physical body was floating in the air.
Laura was excited. She had finally done it. She was floating in the air, free as a bird. She looked around and saw her room from a new perspective. Everything seemed so small and fragile.
Laura decided to explore her house. She flew through the rooms, observing everything with curiosity. She saw her family sleeping in their beds. She saw her cat sleeping on the sofa. She saw her dog sleeping in the yard.
Laura felt happy. She was enjoying her astral projection. She realized that there was a whole world out there, beyond her physical body.
Suddenly, Laura felt a presence behind her. She turned around and saw a dark figure. The figure was tall and thin, with a long black cloak.
The figure spoke with a deep, resonant voice.
"Who are you?" Laura asked.
"I am the guardian of astral projection," the figure replied. "I have come to warn you."
"Of what?" Laura asked.
"Astral projection is a dangerous power," the figure said. "If you do not use it with care, you can harm yourself or others."
"I don't understand," Laura said. "How can I harm myself?"
"If you stay too long in the astral plane," the figure said, "you can lose contact with your physical body. If that happens, you can die."
"But I don't want to die," Laura said.
"Then, be careful," the figure said. "Astral projection is a gift, but it is also a responsibility."
The figure disappeared, and Laura was left alone in the astral plane. She looked around, but there was nothing else to see.
Laura returned to her physical body and woke up in her bed. She was confused and scared. She didn't know what to believe.
Had the dark figure been real? Or had it been just an hallucination?
Laura decided that she was not going to try to have an astral projection again. She did not want to risk harming herself or others.
Years later, Laura became a successful psychologist. One day, she was treating a patient who told her a story very similar to hers. The patient had had an astral projection and had seen a dark figure.
Laura was surprised. She could not believe that another person had had a similar experience.
Laura started to research the topic of astral projection. She read more books and articles, and she talked to other experts on the topic.
Laura discovered that the dark figure that she and her patient had seen was a common phenomenon in astral projections. It is called the "guardian of astral projection," and it is believed to be a protective force that warns astral travelers of the dangers of astral projection.
The reflection
This story is a reminder that the world is a mysterious and unknown place. There are things that we cannot explain, and things that we cannot understand.
Astral projection is one of those things. It is a phenomenon that has not yet been fully explained, and that has the potential to be dangerous.
Laura's story is a warning to those who are thinking about having an astral projection. Before doing so, they should research the topic and understand the risks involved.
