-2 Ā½ cups self-rising flourā£
-1 cup of liquid milkā£
-1 Ā½ cups of Sugarā£
-3 Eggsā£
-1 tsp Vanilla essenceā£
-Ā½ tbsp of Baking Powder or Ā½ tsp of -Sodium Bicarbonateā£
-6 tbsp of Cocoa powderā£
-150 g of Butterā£

1. Preheat the oven to 170 Ā° C.
ā£
2. Butter and flour the mold.
ā£
3. In a bowl, with the help of a blender, integrate the Butter with the Sugar until you get a smooth mixture.

4. Add the Eggs one by one.
ā£
5. Then add the Flour and Milk, alternating little by little.
ā£
6. Add the Vanilla Essence and the Baking Powder.
ā£
7. Once ready, mix Ā¼ of the mixture with the Cocoa in a separate container and integrate well.
ā£
8. Pour the cocoa and vanilla mixtures into the mold, inserting them between them to obtain the zebra effect; Or, pour the Vanilla mixture first and the Cocoa mixture over it in a linear fashion. Do not mix, both will integrate themselves.

With the help of a ladle, pour equal portions of the mixture into 3 15 cm diameter molds, previously greased and floured. Or you can also pour it into a 20 cm mold and then cut it into 3 equal parts.

9. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. To confirm that the cake is ready, insert a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean, remove it from the oven. Let cool.
