We see Manchester United as club that have all kinds of footballers type but it's disappointing as Manchester United suffering from small teams, despite how complete the team is. But if a team is complete, if a team have it all; all kinds of players, it still need a coach that know how to manage the players, players can't just go there to play on their own without instruction but it's obvious that the instructions Ole Gunner Solskjear gives the players is not the instructions they need to win.
With double defensive midfielders; Fred and MacTominay, I'm still surprised how Manchester United could be loosing that much against their fellow English team and still find it hard to win all matches they play in Champions League. I know if it was Ole Solskjear that manage the club this last Champions League match, Manchester United can't win the match because Villarreal players played like animal, they wanted to score goals, they really mean to win the match and secure 3 points but the way Micheal Carrick played his players, it's difficult for Villarreal to win.
Last Tuesday, Manchester United played like a new club, they played as if they even wanted Ole to leave for Carrick and Carrick; the assistance coach under Solskjear won his first match after his boss was sacked. He's the first English coach that won his first match after many years, even if Manchester United never make him a coach but I hope he stays as coach for a while, I hope Manchester United give him chance like they gave Ole Gunner Solskjear chance since Carrick is a legend as well.
That win against Villarreal make Solskjear look like a clown to me, I see him as someone that didn't know his work, someone that doesn't know how to control a team, I didn't see him as coach because the players he always bench are the one Micheal Carrick played and won the match with. Donny Van Dee Beek played with his strength, even more than how Bruno Fernandez could play and he used Bruno Fernandez to read the game. The same Sancho Solskjear didn't believe in scored a wonderful second goal for Manchester United. So Sancho could play like this and Solskjear bench him? Why did Manchester United buy Sancho in the first place?
Donny Van Dee Beek and Sancho had chance of playing starting, Sancho even played the whole match, he wasn't substituted throughout the match, so Carrick's way of Coaching bring winning for Manchester United and pleases some players that has always been on bench, the play pattern doesn't even show the defence line weakness, the midfielders cover for them and they won the match with ease, not with tension. Ronaldo scored the first goal as he always, and that's when he had a clean chance, when Villarreal goal keeper gambled, Fred attacked and gave Ronaldo goal which secured an assist for him.
Of course Ole would see himself as someone that can't manage Manchester United if he is able to watch the match. Even if he didn't watch the match, he would surely know that his managing way didn't suit Manchester United. If Micheal Carrick could even win the upcoming Premier league match against Chelsea, then it would be very obvious that Solskjear was only lucky to win the match he won when he was managing Manchester United, it's not that his managing way is Special.
When Ole was sacked, he wished Manchester United well, and when Michael Carrick won his first match without Solskjear, he said he dedicated the winning to Solskjear because they used to do it together before. There's nothing bad in wishing themselves well, that's how it suppose to be. This same way, Frank Lampard wished Chelsea well after he was sacked and Tuchel took over, he won Champions League and still be in the premier league top 4, if it happens like that in Manchester United, then Solskjear's profile would be like Tuckel's profile.
What would make Micheal Carrick's dream come true is if he win against Chelsea on coming Sunday, even if Manchester United didn't retain him, another club would give him offer, at least he has worked under someone and he has learn one it two things. Mikel Arteta never coach anywhere before, he only worked under Pep Guardiola and he took Arsenal's work. In England, Mikel Arteta is the youngest coach in England as at now and he's doing well, he has won FA cup and community Shield for Arsenal where old managers are, so if Manchester United can give Carrick chance, he could do something as well.
