There are people in this world that God has made to give access to other people; access power, access to wealth, access to resources, etc. God has given authority to someone to be your access, and you may not have that access except that person give you, it is because if He work with men, if He bless men, He uses other men. For example, in the book of 1 Kings 17:9, God told Elijah to “Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongeth to Sidon, and be there, He have commanded a widow there to sustain him.
Then, It was a time of very bad famine and if Elijah would have any more food, it was going to come from that woman. Elijah was able go anywhere else, if he choose to, he will for that moment, but if he would would walk in perfection of God, it had to be through that woman. Elijah was the access for that woman's next level. She was in abject poverty, and if she was ever going to come out of that problem, it would be her connection to Elijah.
Through prophet Elijah, she went from penury into prosperity. Even when her son fell sick and died, she still got a miracle; the young boy was raised back to life by Elijah. Same way, the children of Israel kept being slaves in the land of Egypt, until prophet Moses responded to God's call to bring them out. Moses was their access.
Jesus was our access to the God's presence and He knew it that's why He said, “No one comes to the Father, except by me”. Try and Recognize those that you are to give access to, and be quick to do what God has put in your heart to do for their advantage. In addition, know those the Lord has placed in your way to give you access to, maybe in your work, etc. It’s a guiding belief in God's Kingdom and you have to grasp it.
