I get to know and understand these points cos it's useful

Better life would be the one we live if we just get to know and make use of these points

I understand Listen but don't use your voice that you should try and listen but don't hesitate to give reply if need be

*I understand trust but don't be a naive* that you should trust too be cos anything can happen

If you give yourself out how would you be able to get yourself back?

Better don't just talk than to offend someone with your speech
