* It was explained by Apostle Peter in the book of 1 Peter 2:21
1 Peter 2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
* Lord Jesus Christ don't need to eat, sleep but all those he did while he was in flesh are those example. His entire life, even his ministries are example for us
* Walking on water, giving blinds sight and other miracles the Lord Jesus Christ performed are not example we need to follow, the example we should follow are those that he suffered for
* Maybe there are scratches on the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ cos he walked 🚶 for miles.
* All those that Jesus Christ did with his body, he suffered for it. He suffered in the flesh to fulfill the will of God
* We should follow some of our Lord Jesus Christ's examples like not sleeping too much, fast and pray
