* We have to understand what the book of Isiah says before we interpret the relation what happened on the cross
*Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.*
That above verse is for those that do inequity, they are too righous
*Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.*
There are two kind of righteousness in the Bible in the Bible which is righteousness of God and righteousness of men or own righteousness. those that do not want God's righteousness want to have their own righteousness and by this process, they are faraway from God
*Romans 3:10-12 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.*
Apostle Paul didn't say we are all gone away, he only said they are all gone away, he is referring to those that do men righousness and they are like filthy rag in the eyes of God
If you submit yourself to the righteousness of God, you would never be like filthy rag
