You can use any wine 🍷 in cooking even if the percentage of the alcohol is very high because when you use alcohol, it will never operate automatically
Sometimes we use wine to cure meat or enhance the flavour of the meat 🍖. Do not drink it straight from the bottle but you can use it in cooking. When cooked, there would be no more alcohol
Sometimes alcohols are even in some ingredients we use at kitchen, the one we only notice is the wine but once it's cooked, it can't have any affect
Bible only said don't drink alcohol, Bible didn't say don't use alcohol for cooking
