What should you do in this situation?

It's hard to find a job in a overpopulated country like India. Here if job vacancy is 1000, Applicants are 100000 or more . That's the reason that job providers need the best one not the good one. Means they need a best candidate for their job and the good one is still remaining jobless here.

Today I'm going to say you about the bitter truth of our country and the jobless numbers here.

As India is a developing country, new companies and new sectors are making day by day, which means a lot vacancies are there , but still a lot of well educated students get no jobs here, Why?

Reason, Corruption . Until the Corruption is here, country can never be a developed country. The job providers giving the job on recommendation here. And no one cares your qualification here.

And also so many people going foreign countries like USA and Philippines etc.as lack of jobs for them here (India).No one here to provide them the best job according to their qualification.😔

Do you know a No. Of scientist from India joining NASA every year instead of joining ISRO. Because they get high pay scales there as compared to ISRO. That shows money is everything now-a-day😔.

In my point of view "If you want to be successful in life then don't go on interviews, Create interviews in your own company"

So i think to start a business. By the way I am 22 year old , welly educated in science stream. And i have already understand this fake world . I can't understand why people try again and again for a job and after the max out the age limit then they give up and find job in hotels , restaurants for a pay scale 20 k only.. Where no ask about your pre qualifications , you only need recommendation or a hotel management course. Your other certificates are worth less their.

So create your own job , Be your own Boss , Don't be like a sheep 🐏.
