Well, the news from my country Pakistan is a breakthrough in the field of bitcoins as ‘Standard chartered bank’ has started initiating trading bitcoin on its own platform with the assistance of a Chinese firm reported by Decrypt. As per the agreement, it will target a large number of potential clients from the United Kingdom and European countries and giving the permit to trade bitcoins and ethereum. this platform will provide brokerages and state-of-the-art infrastructure to the global investors to trade and adopt cryptocurrency across the country. According to Coin Desk, the trade will begin in July which will enable trading and boost the bitcoin environment. The university in Lahore (LUMS) received 5 million STX tokens from stack, hence proving that people are gradually willing to adopt crypto.
On the other hand, one of our provinces called Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was on the verge to officially launch cryptocurrency trading but the committee got dissolved regarding the exchange of digital assets. The matter from the Advisory Committee on Digital Assets which was established to take care of the issue regarding crypto and policy-making for legalization of digital assets was rooted on 9th February 2021. It got dissolved and the matter was forwarded to submitted for consideration of the Provincial Cabinet as per the Rules of business of the Provincial Government
Pakistan cannot effort to ignore this crypto phenomenon as it is the time to start decentralizing the economy and resulting in a boost in business.Despite the restriction people have start using international wallets such as Neteller, Skrill and Payoneer.Crypto future is bright and hopefully the effort by us will move it on.
