Messi tells Koeman he wants to leave Barca 

Lionel Messi has told newly appointed Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman he is more likely to leave than stay this summer, according to Catalan radio station RAC1.

The Argentinian reportedly cut his holiday short to meet the Dutchman, where he said he is "more out of the club than in it". 

RAC1 also stated Messi is aware he has a year remaining on his contract which makes leaving this summer more difficult. 
Barcelona reportedly refused to comment on the meeting.

Barnes: Arsenal the best club for Coutinho 

Philippe Coutinho would be best suited to Arsenal should he return to the Premier League, believes John Barnes. 

The Brazilian has just one game remaining in his loan spell with Bayern Munich, who play PSG in the Champions League final on Sunday.

 Chelsea forward Brown joins Sheffield Wednesday 

Chelsea forward Izzy Brown has joined Sheffield Wednesday on loan for the 2020/21 season. 

The 23-year-old joins Gary Monks' Championship outfit, who will start with a 12-point deduction after breaches of financial fair play rules. 

The forward spent last season on loan, also in the Championship with Luton, who finished in 19th place. 

Brown made his debut for Chelsea back in the 2014/15 season, since undergoing spells at Vitesse, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Leeds and Luton.
