(10) don't always bring yourself out or show yourself that you're brilliant,among you are BSC holders,HND holders etc

(11) start learning how to go on long distance jogging

(12) mind your business don't go there an start looking for boyfriend or girlfriend,don't ever think or do sex if u're caught it dismissal

(12) don't ever take or do hard drugs.

(14)on Sundays always wear loose clothes because u will do changing parade,dont go with tight clothing.
