What Is Going On With "Free Tips"? So I guess Noise.cash has switched to giving us "free tips" which we then can give to other users for their posts/replies? Fine ..... but then how do we go about accumulating these "free tips"? I ask because yesterday morning I had zero, (none, nada, zilch), "free tips" in my account, so when I was responding to replies to my posts, I had to tip out of my own wallet. As you can imagine, this was quite traumatic for a stingy old bastard like me! (And the tips were probably pretty weak too!) It wasn't until some time after lunch that I got a glob of "free tips", which I then was admonished to use. ("We'd like to give you more tips, but we noticed you haven't been using them," or some such message.) Sometimes these "free tips" refresh themselves as I use them, which is great! Other times I give them all out rapidly, and then I am forced to use my own wallet for tipping again. What should we be doing to ensure we receive these "free tips"? As of right now, my account, (which I use fairly often), has about 40¢ in "free tips", whereas my older kid's account, (@kjzthree), had 76¢ worth of "free tips" this morning, and he only uses his account about once every five days or so. Are we being discouraged from using Noise.cash on a daily basis? Surely that doesn't make sense, does it?

Mine are stacking, as much as I can use them :)
So far this morning my FTs have been working great.
It's not the first time that thing is happening, so don't worry, maybe it will change :) I don't quit noise.cash, I like talking to some of my friends here and money is not the only thing :)
Yep. While money is useful, the LOVE of money is a bad thing. Money should not be our prime motivation.
I think one of our biggest problems as humanity is that we gave money love and we forgot love for other more useful things - material love is the worst thing for me!
It's all too easy to get sucked into the trap of making money your prime goal. My Mama grew up very poor, so she has a bit of that tendency, understandably. I also sometimes think more about the money than other, more important things. It's a very bad habit.
I think it was just a minor setback yesterday. The FTs weren't "refilled" for a few hours... or maybe a day.
The FTs were working great this morning, but now I am almost "bankrupt" again. :-( To be honest, it makes me spend less time here, because I don't want to stiff folks on tips.
hmmm. Mine get refilled almost at the same hour. I set my percentage to 45%
Mine refresh as fast as I give them... I don't let mine reach zero, I heart good posts and I keep the percentage that goes to me at 20-30%...
Mine will do that too, over and over, for a couple hours or so, until suddenly they don't refresh, and before I realize it they're gone.
