The Journey I Never Knew
All my life I desire timeliness in all things in as much am ready to start it. I believe things will work directly as thought and life can be dictated as it should be.
I forgot that life consists of several components and aspects which influences every of our input and decisions we make. Even this happenings most times happens unaware and it all depends on how we handle the situation at hand making it work for our good. It either we take advantage of these happenings or it takes its advantage over us (then we become affected sort of).
The journey I never knew at this point in my life is my academic journey so far. I am a citizen of Nigerian who aspires for the best and tends to become resourceful to my country. We all have the choice to become whoever we want to be whether by chance or by faith.
God has already blessed me with parents and guardians who believes in God and education bringing up a child. With gladness, both primary and secondary education went as forecasted. Nevertheless, the struggle begins aftermath. Life after secondary school is quite different from when I was in college, I started feeling the heat of pressure all around me. The major pressure was either getting a job or getting admitted into the university.
I wrote tertiary examination entrance on several occasions as we have it in my country Nigeria "PCE, UME, JAMB, UTME" all these exams are labelled as a ladder to get enrolled into the university. Accumulation of the exams I wrote was about 10times after secondary school.
Finally, I had my way into the Polytechnic through part-time studies aftermath direct entry into the university then graduated in 2021, 12years after secondary school. It can only be God all the way, He has held me close this far and till all is perfected. He kept me focused, determined and purposeful to catch up with all that have missed over time.
I appreciate all that had contributed to my academic success to date and I promise not to take you all for granted. Most especially the mother of me (Sweet Mother), you stood by me all this while, your support, care and affection never grow dim not ceased. Thank you for being there.
The year 2021 is indeed one of a kind. Perfection rolls within it for my good, nevertheless this is all the doing of the Lord.
Thanks for reading through and sharing my testimony with me.
Congratulations bro! So far so good. The journey so far has been dominated by the mercy of God. HALLELUJAH!!!
