My country Nigeria ;

Nigeria is a country with the most populous county of the black race . It is located as the west africa in sub - sahara africa . The name Nigeria was coined by the wife of late Lord lugard in 1914 amalgamation . Nigeria was also ruled by the strategy of direct rule for the southern protectorates and indirect rule for the northern protectorates. Nigeria is mix with over 250 ethnic tribes . Nigeria was emerges as a nation due to the amalgamation of sir Lord Lugard.

Location ;

I can easy describe the geographical location of Nigeria stretches from the coastal Atlantic ocean of the south to the lake Chad border in the North - East and koini and ilelah border of the Fulani North West .

States in Nigerian ;

• General Yakubu Gowon created 12 states in nigeria , in the year 1967 , may 27.

• On the 3rd of February 1976 , General Murtala Mohammed increased the state from 12 - 19.

• On the 23rd of September 1987 , IBB created two more states to make 21.

• On the 27th August 1991, General Ibrahim babagida created more 9 more states.

• On the 1st of October 1996 , Gen. Sanni abacha announced the creation of 6more states.

Nigeria is made up of 36 states and FCT Abuja.
