You see, in this life everybody has to know themselves, know their limits when doing certain things. Above all, everyone should know what is and what is not good for them. If by now you do not know what is good for you. Well, I don't really know what to tell you, but you should know
I'm not here to limit anybody or discourage anyone from dreaming and planning big; but my point is, if you're doing whatever you're doing, always be fully awake and conscious to the reality on ground. Do not over aspire
Why do I say so?

I'm going to buttress my point with an experience I had when I was in school, yes! In my primary school
Those days in school there used to be a lot of competition and challenges, especially among the boys; who is the most intelligent, the brightest, who comes to school earliest, who is the most handsome boy in class? Etc
The competition used to be very healthy and everybody would be struggling to meet up to be among the "happening boys" in class, boys that matter most in the class
The competition continued like that until one day, one of our class mates named Albert came to school one day wearing a new hair style that got all the girls in class flocking around him. The hair style was so beautiful and given that Albert has a nicely shaped skull, the beauty of the hair style fitted him perfectly
Most of the boys in class became jealous because Albert attracted almost all the girls in class, there was this particular boy called Matthew, Matthew took the whole thing personal because he loved girls so much and felt most challenged when the whole Albert issue started
Matthew thought of a way to get back at Albert for cornering all the pretty girls to his side, after thinking thoroughly, he decided to go on an investigation to find out the barber that gave Albert that hair style and his new handsome look.
Before long, he found out the barber that did the job and went there to have his own hair done. When he got to the barber, he was asked
"what style do you want?"
"Albert's style" he replied
The barber took a closer look and told him he can not give him Albert's style because his skull and that of Albert aren't the same, the barber tried to convince him to go for a hairstyle that will match his skull bit he refused and insisted on having Albert's style
After giving him Albert's style, Matthew thanked the barber and left the shop hurriedly with excitement, leaving his balance with the barber in appreciation for a job well done
To his chagrin, when he got to school, people started laughing at him because of his new hairstyle that made him look like semi imbecnames Matthew has a big head, not only does he have a big head, the head is also shapeless like an amoeba which is why the barber advised against wearing that kind of Albert's hairstyle
The hairstyle exposed all the gallops and contours on his big head which had been hidden all the while by hairs. His fellow boys in class mocked him and gave him names like Headzekiah, Headworld etc. The most common among the names given him is H.O.D which means head of department, a name we still call him till date
After that incident, Matthew learnt his lessons never to do things because another person did it and succeeded. You don't have to do things because it favoured another person because destinies differ. What works for one person must not work for another person
Know yourself, know your limits, know what is good and not good for you and plan your life that way. Know that you're not in a competition with anybody in life because everybody entered this world individually
Run your race on your own lane and run to the finish line, what other people do on their individual lanes shouldn't be an obstacle to you.
