★ 4 pieces of hilsa tail or head part.
★ 2 table spoons of mustard oil.
★ 5 dried chillies
★ Salt to taste
★ 1 (one) onion.
★ Coriander leaves as required
★ Lemon juice to taste.
Salt half teaspoons.
Chilli powder half teaspoons.
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon.
🐟 Method marinate for 10 minutes. Heat the mustard oil in the pan and fry the dried chillies. Remove the pepper and fry the fish pieces in the same oil. Do not fold too tightly. Fry the hilsa pieces on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Take down the hard thorns and separate them from the fish. Fry the dried chillies on a plate with salt to taste. Serve the fish with mustard oil. Serve with hot rice with thorny hilsa fish,coriander leaves, lemon juice.🐟
