★ Those who do not have to work all day in Chairs,tables and do physical work, their stomach fat also accumulates quickly.

★ Those who are accustomed to fatty foods like butter, cheese,ghee and those who are fans of fast food,their stomach fat also accumulates easily.

*Diseases For Abdominal Fat-

★ If excess fat accumulates in the abdomen, it sometimes becomes a cause of disease. As a result, the rate of fat accumulation also increases.

★Excess fat in the abdomen increases the risk of fatty liver,including various liver diseases.That is, fat builds up around the liver, leaving patients at risk for diabetes, possibly a hernia.In addition,various types of diseases can occur,including hormonal complications.

* Things to do to lose fat -

★ Do not eat too much at once, eat more often.Take a small amount every two hours.

★ If the stomach is not full of sugary foods,fill it with vegetables.Can eat with any pickled fruit.

★ Eat more fruits with peel. Guava, plum, cucumber-you can quench your thirst. Soup and potatoes should be omitted.

★ Any type of oil-fried,fast food should be avoided.

★Drink plenty of water. Water will increase the metabolism capacity of the body and prevent the accumulation of fat.

★In order to reduce belly fat,you have to control your diet as well as exercise. If you go to the gym regularly and do the necessary exercises, you will get the results very quickly. Also,if you make it habit to walk without using an elevator or to walk loudly from the bottom of the flyover to the top,the fat will drop quickly.
