Some marketing advice.... Whenever something SOUNDS too good to be true; even if it's legit; that can and will turn people off to it. Even if they don't have anything to lose other than time. People on the internet have too many experiences of wasting their time. I can tell that one of 2 things are most likely happening here, or mixture..... You're kinda new to marketing and you're really trying to make some $ getting referrals. OR, you are being completely honest and really like this company and it wouldn't hurt to get some referrals. And you either forgot to mention the catch, or just unaware that there is one. I guess it's POSSIBLE there isn't one, or you just don't see it as a big deal and don't see the point in mentioning it. But here's the thing. If it SOUNDS wonderful, it's also 'sounds' 'fishy'.... Take some time to explain to people how the company makes money. Don't leave something out because you think it might sound negative to some people. People appreciate transparency and they understand that a company has to make money or they can't provide a service. If the catch is so bad that you just can't make yourself explain it to people, then the company doesn't deserve the customer or you. So say goodbye to the a-holes. ;) Here's another thing.... Unless they're both insane and have no marketing experience, NOBODY just gives the money away for nothing. Even if they could afford it, it would still be dumb because it wouldn't bring actual customers. It would be better to throw your full wallet into a crowd of homeless people. At least then you know you're helping someone that needs it. [if nobody gets hurt]
