Similar problems are related to ethnicity, religion, race and between groups, it's "sensitive". And for some people, gaining weight is very difficult. It already feels like eating a lot, but why do you still weigh that much?
And just as rich as the Bermuda Triangle mystery, the question of a body that is difficult to climb is one of the mysteries that we still ask today. But actually, what's the answer?
So it turns out, there are many causes for weight gain. It could'be because nutrition hasn't been fulfilled, lack of exercise, the influence of disease, and environmental factors or the biggest influence, namely genetic.
Okay, so how do you deal with it?
Easy, through food. This is so that the calories in our body are fulfilled and even surplus. Proverbial, calories are rich in energy levels that we must fill so as not to limp. Instead of consuming lots of carbohydrates and fats that can make our stomach expand which is also at risk of many diseases, including heart disease, we need to eat more fibrous foods. Such as fruits and vegetables, and chicken rich in protein, eggs, tofu, and of course it is a favorite food of a million people.
In addition to nutritious food, exercise is also important. But, if we have been diligently jogging, which although good for the heart but less effective for building muscle, it seems we have to look for alternative sports. For example, lifting weights that function so that our muscles burn. And the intake of protein that we eat will work together to form new muscle tissue. The effect, muscle mass will increase, and will directly gain weight.
But there is one other thing that turns out to make it difficult for us to get fat, or it makes fat very easy. Namely, bacteria in the intestine. So, in our body there are trillions of bacterial cells and other mini creatures called, according to research experts, these creatures like helping regulate ranging from appetite, the amount of nutrients absorbed by the body, to what food we like. This creature also makes many people like to feel full if you have not eaten rice or heavy food.
So, what about those who eat a lot but are not fat?
It could be that the strength of our intestinal microbiota has been greatly reduced and changed so that the absorption of nutrients from the food we eat is also reduced. So, now we know why the numbers on the scales do not go up. Eat from now on, exercise regularly, eat healthy food, and don't forget, rest. Because it is different from a machine, our body needs to sleep so that the organ can function properly. Thank you for reading.
