I love watching dragonflies in flight and love how precise they land. A Needham’s Skimmer against a cloudy sky. Photographed with my Nikon z7 and nikkorz2470f4. Dragonflies often fly back and forth from the same spot. I focused in on this reed that the dragonfly had been on before and waited. Sure enough it can back and I was able to get a few shots while in flight.
