huion OwO it's pretty cheap but it should be enough for practice
I'm very close to buying one so I am curious. I saw this brand and it looks good enough for me and much cheaper than Intuos.
there's also viekk owO that's what a close friend of mine uses. It's a bit pricier but she said it's really good for its price since the pen can be changed if it gets damaged

well I'm making a froggy now but it honestly doesn't feel that different from using a mouse. It's just that I can make finer and better line art with a tab. Blending the color still feels the same 😂😂😂
Does it have a screen on the tablet?
nope, just a black board, the ones with screens are pretty expensive already. If you'll go with a screened one, better just buy a tablet and a stylus
Do you mean like an android tablet?
yeah, or an apple one, then just go with lightroom, procreate or ibis paint if it's just for digital arts. I'm not sure about graphic arts tho since that's beyond me already
