OFW (overseas filipino Workers) BEGINNING.
what is ofw?
ofw is an overseas filipino workers or filipino migrant workers. a filipino citizen who reside to another country for work a limited time of employment.
we travel to another country for work to earn a higher salary to support or family for living and to fulfil our dreams faster. because salary abroad is higher than our local salary. and it's very difficult to find job when you are not college degree.
but before you can work abroad ,there are lots of requirements you need to prepare first like Passport.
PASSPORTING
Before you can get you passport there are lots of requirements either like…
.Birth certificate
.marriage certificate
.NBI clearance
.Voters ID
.Diploma or form 137 or 138
and after you can get your passport you are now going to Agency for application or interview for the job you desire.
RECRUITMENT AGENCY.

Go early expect a long line ,bring all your original documents with set of xerox copy just in case they need the copy. next steps are…

.Medical if you are fit to work
if you passed the interview and you are fit work ,you will now wait for your job order. if you accept the first offer you will sign it and wait for your contract for signing. after you sign a contract you will under go job training and language training for certificate. after the training wait for your working visa and plain ticket. you under go PDOS (Pre departure seminar) and wait for your confirmation date of your departure…
