Vapapitha cake

Ingredients: 1/2 kg of rice powder, molasses as per one's wish, coconut as desired, 1 pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of mawa, 2-3 tablespoons of liquid milk

Cooking process: Rice powder should be mixed well with liquid milk. Then you have to rub it in a sieve with a big hole. Now you have to mix it with salt.

Now soak a soft cloth in the net of a large rice cooker and drain the water well. Then spread the rice powder one by one in the net, then the molasses, then the coconut, then the rice powder, then the mawa, then the coconut powder.

Now put the net with 3 cups of water in the rice cooker and put the lid on.

Now you have to cook for 15-20 minutes.
