Iftar can make a difference by not eating the same food every day. Shik Kabab can be eaten to increase the taste of food in Iftar. Although most of the time we buy shik kebabs from restaurants. However, if you want, you can make Shik Kabab at home for Iftar.

Materials

1 kg of beef without bones, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp hot spice powder, 2 tbsp chilli powder,

Mint leaves 50 gms, sour yogurt 3 tablespoons, coriander leaves 50 gms, green chillies 5, ginger-garlic paste two tablespoons, papaya paste 1/4 cup, mustard oil 4 tablespoons.

Method

Spread all the ingredients together with the beef pieces. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Then sew the pieces of meat together.

Burn coals in a barbecue oven. Boil all the sides by turning the skewers over the coals and lightly burn.

Once cooked, serve with a salad with naan bread or parotta.
