Chicken Bread Kebab
Ingredients:
Chicken - half a kg (to be cut into small pieces)
Biscuit powder - 3/4 cup.
Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons.
Chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp.
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon.
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon.
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons.
Eggs - 1.
Oil - as needed.
Magic in taste - 1 packet.
Sugar - to taste.
Salt - to taste.
Testing salt - 1/2 teaspoon.
Cooking method:
First you have to boil the chicken pieces. Then when it is boiled, it should be taken down, cooled and torn by hand.
Then the turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, flavor magic, testing salt, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, eggs, biscuit powder, all the ingredients should be mixed well and marinated for 1 hour.
After marinating for 1 hour, take it out and cut it into small pieces and shape it into round flat kebabs.
Now heat the oil in a pan with gas (deep oil) 6 Once the oil is hot, gently fry the kebabs on low heat. The kebabs should be fried till they turn brown.
It will actually turn brown. Then pour into a serving bowl and serve with sauce.
