IngrIngredients :
1.big sized potato 3 or 4
2.bread crumps
3.baking soda
4.salt as taste
5.oil to fry.
PROCESS:
frstly give ur potatoes finger cut/french fry cut..thn take a bowl of water, give 1 teaspoon of salt nd let ur potatoes dipped in it fr 15 mins.
mean time, keep the great mixture of baking soda(half teaspoon),salt(1 teaspoon), breed crumps(2 cup) in another bowl..pour a glss of water to make a gravy paste.
after 15 mins take out ur soked potatoes out of water.Dip the potatoes one by one in the mixture of bread crumps..thn fry thm with ur preferable oil at high flame..fry them untill the becm browny.keep it out and serve at the table at evening ♥♥♥
