Steamed Ginger Chicken

Materials

Chicken Wings 8 Peaches (2 pieces cut in total 12 pieces), Old Ginger 10 cm (half paste without water), Half an inch chopped green onion or onion sprouts half cup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, salt , 3 tablespoons of white oil, 3 parts of 4 parts of 1 cup of water.

1. In a steaming pan, spread the chicken wings with soy sauce and fish sauce and marinate for half an hour.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger paste for 1 minute. Stir in the salt and keep stirring. After 3-4 minutes, stir in the grated green onion and mix well.

3. Pour hot water over the marinated chicken wings. Spread ginger and green onion on it. Now steam this bowl for 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, turn off the oven, open the lid, spread the green chillies of your choice and cover for a while. Now try this recipe cooked without spices! But it would be great to eat with hot rice.

Materials

Preparation method
