Today I will share a delicious recipe with everyone. One of my favorite recipes.

Ingredients for the recipe:

1/1 cup rice

2 / 1.5 cups pulses

3 / 1.5 cup oil

4 / Quantitative onion, garlic cloves

5/2 cinnamon, 3 cardamom

6 / 5.5 cups water (6 cups water if fried pulses)

7 / Ginger, bay leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder and green chillies.

How to make the recipe:

1 / Rice, pulses should be washed and kept in a sieve so that the water is removed.

2 / Pulses should be fried first and then washed. Even if the pulses are not fried, it will be 6 However, if it is fried, the smell is good.

3 / Put a pot in the oven and give 1.5 cups of oil. When the oil is hot, add 2 cinnamon, 3 cardamom and garlic cloves.

4 / When the garlic cloves become light reddish, add onion cloves, bay leaves and ginger cloves.

5 / As soon as the onion is a little reddish, I will add rice. Shake it a little (when it is fried) and give it to the dal. Then shake for 2/3 minutes and add water.

6 / with 3 green peppers, a small amount of turmeric powder and salt should be given. Then cover. When the ring is gone, the stove should be reduced and covered again.

6 / When the butter is smeared, salt should be tested and the oven should be given in the form of eggs.

8 / about 10 minutes with the lid should be kept. Then you have to shake it, if the rice stays hard then you have to cover it for a while. And then it will become a delicious bhunakhichuri recipe.
