Oils
Different types of oils are used to make different types of soaps. Oil is said to be the biggest ingredient in soap. Hartel has different strengths and weaknesses. If soap is made from such oil, then the same flaws and advantages are created in the soap. There are also oils that make the soap cheap and expensive. It is very important for every new soap worker to be fully aware of the pros and cons of each oil. Therefore, it is also important to have the power to eliminate oil defects. Detailed conditions of different oils and fats are given below.
1.Coconut oil
Coconut oil In Pakistan and India, coconut oil is considered to be the highest for making soap. This oil is found in abundance in southern India Malabar and Pakistan. It is also found in Bengal and Assam. Cochineal coconut oil for making soap. Considered the best.
Coconut oil is used in all kinds of soap making. This oil makes the soap very clean and white. It also gives a lot of foam and if the right amount of sesame (fat) is added to it, then the soap is better in terms of quality. When mixed with Lai, it swells faster than other oils and swells faster. This oil is mostly used in bathing and hand washing soaps. In such soaps, the amount of this oil should be kept adequate as this oil cuts the delicate skin. In high quality toilet soup, its amount should not be more than 20% in any case. The soap prepared from coconut oil is hard and It penetrates quickly. Its foam also disappears quickly. It can be removed by mixing the right amount of fat in it. Soaps made from this oil become foul-smelling if left on for too long.
2.MOHWA OIL
Soaps are made from mahogany oil in all the provinces of Pakistan and India. This oil is abundant and cheap in Central India, Bihar and East Pakistan. High quality soaps are made alone or mixed with other oils. Like coconut oil, it hardens the gym. This oil is used to make laundry soap and inexpensive hand-washing soaps. This oil is light yellow in color. People who find it unhealthy to mix fat in soap can use this oil instead of fat. It is also called glue oil. Its oil is extracted from the kernel of the fruit. It does not need to be cleaned to make laundry soap, but it is cleaned with a coca stick soda to make toilet soup. In large factories, the oil is filtered through multani mud (gachni) to remove its bad color. And then the stem is delivered and the stench is removed and used instead of fat.
3.SESAMAM OIL
In northern India, Madras Province and Pakistan, oil is extracted from white spleen made by washing red and black soles and soles. It is widely used in scalp and perfume oils. It can be used to make very clean and white soap which gives a lot of foam but due to its high cost it makes very little soap. It is used in combination with maho and coconut oil. Many factories make soap from peanut oil and sell it fraudulently by pretending to be soap made from sesame oil.
4.GROUND NUT OIL
Peanuts are widely grown in Punjab. Its refined oil is used to make food and vegetable ghee. Soap made from this oil does not foam. Therefore, it is used in combination with other oils. Purified oil is used in high quality soaps.
