My own bangus sisig version try it now
Ingredients, 1 whole bangus boneless, 4pcs red tomato, 3 PCs green chille or finger Chile, white onions, red onios, garlic, and egg.
Process
Cut the boneless bangus and toamato into cube , cut white onion and green chille into fine chop.
Suite garlic and red onion with small amount of oil, then put tomato, after 1 minute, put the bangus wait untill look brown, then green chille with fine chop white onion and last the egg. Put some salt and pepper for the taste
