Hi guys i hope u r all well. Today i am going to tell about kaptai lake which i visited 2 years ago.
Kaptai Lake is the largest lake in Bangladesh. It is located in the Kaptai Upazila under Rangamati District of Chittagong Division. The lake was created as a result of building the Kaptai Dam on the Karnaphuli River, as part of the Karnaphuli Hydro-electric project.
I can't visit the hydro electric project bcz its need special permission 😞
The lake is so big and beautiful, clear water. We hired a boat. The boat is made of wood. We see many fishes in the lake water. The beauty of boat side is very charming. Both side there is small hills which are full of tress.
There r some park in kaptai. We went to the Jhum Restora which is famous there. Quality of food was not so good. But the scenario was awesome. We also visited Buddhist temple . which had full of culture and traditional outlook.
We also witnessed the sunset. Really it was a charming trip.
