Privacy

Privacy enables us to create boundaries and protect ourselves from unwarranted interference in our lives, allowing us to negotiate who we are and how we want to interact with the world around us. Privacy is the state of being free from public scrutiny or from having your secrets or personal information shared. When you have your own room that no one enters and you can keep all of your things there away from the eyes of others, this is an example of a situation where you have privacy. Social media culture pushes you to share everything every emotion, every thoughts, every event, every photo… you get the point. What if you didn’t post daily pics and tweet daily thoughts? Would you cease to exist to the outside world, or would you be a hell of a lot happier?
