Patshak has been known for ages. This vegetable is found everywhere from village to town markets. The price is not high. Jute is known as two. One is bitter gourd and the other is sweet gum. Favorite to many. Jute has a lot of nutritional value. These are extremely beneficial for various diseases of the human body.

Patsha is rich in Potassium, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Selenium and Vitamins C, E, K, B-6 and Niacin. Patsha also contains high levels of antioxidants, carotene and dietary fiber.
